FNB Home Ownership Plus
FNB Homeownership Plus is a new mortgage program designed to eliminate barriers and promote homeownership in majority-minority neighborhoods. No down payment required, no private mortgage insurance requirement, and a $5,000 closing cost assistance grant from FNB help reduce your out-of-pocket investment and monthly payments. We also look at alternative credit history such as rent or utilities, and allow for credit scores as low as 620 to help you get approved and into your new home.
